Qualità Le Carline
The Le CarlineAgricultural Company has since 1988 taken care of its own vines using the guided struggle techniqueand in 1993 the Le CarlineAgricultural Company initiated total conversion to Organis Agricultural methods (Reg. EEC 2092/91, with A.I.A.B certification ) adopting organic agricultural practices based on techniques with reduced environmental impact and leading to improved production quality.
Today the production from Le Carline, DOC wine company Lison Pramaggiore, has been awarded certification from ICEA - the Environmental and Ethical Certification Institute (http://www.icea.info), the body which is responsible for safety in production, market transparency ande consumer health. ICEA promotes the cultural traditions of the various regions and initiatives which support the development of the most natural and healthy consumables.
The Le Carline Agricultural Company, which produces DOC wines in Venice, considers that adherence to the protocols relating to Organic Agricolture and Quality is essential for its activities from the twin points of view of offering a healthy product to their consumers and a constant improvement in their own business standards.
For these reasons they have agreed to open themselves to national and international inspection to obtaint the certification known as "Bio Siegel" (http://www.bio-siegel.de) reserved for operators who, in German territory, market organic products in accordance with the Community standards in force. The logo “Bio Siegel” may be used only by those products which have been processed which contain at least 95% of their ingredients of agricultural origin which are from organic agricolture out of the total of the ingredients which are agricultural in origin..
Furthermore the produce from Le Carline, wine producers in Pramaggiore, Venice, also holds certification from NOP (National Organic Program) and they may therefore be exported to the USA, where specific rules are laid down for agricultural produce, regarding growing and processing.
ICEA is accredited by theUSDA (United States Department of Agriculture) and also certificates Operators on the basis of the standards laid down by the NOP. The lists produced by the NOP for produce defined as agricultural produce and the processing activities are slightly different compared with the European system.
The Le Carline Agricultural Company, which produces IGT wines in Veneto, is also an adherent of project "Garanzia AIAB" which "distinguishes products which respect AIAB rules for production and processing.
“Garanzia AIAB” means not only adherence to European rules for organic produce, but also adherence to world ethical standards regarding labour and the strictest rules governing environmental protection in agriculture and stock-rearing (such as biodiversity, saving water and energy, saving and local species and types and raising their importance)"
